Coconut Sap Collection
Collecting sap at the source
Farmers collect fresh coconut sap directly from coconut blossoms.
A transparent journey combining traditional coconut sugar origins with organized receiving, calibrated sieving, controlled drying, manual inspection, magnet-trap control and finished-goods handling.
Our processing facility follows a controlled product flow, from incoming material receiving and storage through sieving, controlled drying, sorting, magnet control and finished-goods handling.
The journey begins with coconut sap collection by farmers in our supply network, followed by traditional cooking before the coconut sugar enters the controlled cooperative-to-MEA processing flow.

Incoming coconut sugar from the cooperative is received, weighed and documented before entering the production flow. This creates an organized starting point for material control and traceability.

Accepted materials are transferred to a dedicated storage area and kept off the floor on pallets before processing.
Coconut sugar passes through calibrated screening to achieve the required particle-size consistency before further processing.

After calibrated sieving, the coconut sugar is evenly distributed on food-contact trays and transferred into the drying system under controlled processing conditions.
After sieving, operators visually inspect and manually sort the coconut sugar. The product then passes through a magnet-trap control point as part of the processing flow.
Operators manually inspect and sort the product using hygienic protective equipment and stainless-steel product-contact surfaces.
A dedicated magnet-trap step provides an additional control point within the product flow before subsequent processing.

Finished product is packed in export cartons and arranged on pallets in the dedicated finished-goods holding area prior to dispatch preparation.
